شرکت توکا نیروسپاهان (سهامی خاص) در تاریخ ۱۸/۰۵/۸۸ تحت شماره ۳۷۶۵۸ در اداره ثبت شرکتهای اصفهان به ثبت رسیده است . توکا نیرو سپاهان از زیر مجموعه های هلدینگ شرکت سرمایه گذاری توکا فولاد است که جزء شرکتهای اقماری فولاد مبارکه اصفهان محسوب گردیده ، به عنوان شرکتی توانمند در حوزه تأمین نیروی انسانی مشغول فعالیت می باشد. شرکت دارای توانمندی بکارگیری نیروهای حفاظت فیزیکی و حراستی از فرماندهی نیروی انتظامی استان اصفهان (پلیس پیشگیری) ، گواهی صلاحیت کار از اداره کار و گواهی صلاحیت ایمنی پیمانکاران است. هدف از تأسیس و موضوع فعالیت شرکت طبق قسمتی از ماده ۲ اساسنامه بشرح زیر می باشد :
- تأمین نیروی انسانی موقت ، تخصصی ، فنی ، خدماتی ، مدیریتی ، تأسیساتی ، ساختمانی و تعمیر و نگهداری مورد نیاز شرکتها و ادارات ، کارخانجات ، کارگاههای تولیدی و صنایع و معادن
- سرمایه گذاری در کلیه طرح های صنعت گردشگری از قبیل مراکز اقامتی ، اردوگاه های گردشگری (کمپینگ) و مجتمع خدماتی رفاهی بین راهی ، بهره برداری و راهبری کلیه مراکز اقامتی و گردشگری و خدماتی، انجام امور بازرگانی داخلی و خارجی در حوزه صنایع دستی و تجهیزات صنعت گردشگری ، انجام کلیه خدمات گردشگری داخلی و خارجی شامل برگزاری تورها و رویدادها ، استفاده از تسهیلات داخلی و خارجی به منظور گسترش زیرساختهای صنعت گردشگری ، انعقاد قرارداد در حوزه فعالیتهای شرکت با اشخاص حقیقی و حقوقی داخلی و خارجی
سوابق اجرائی و فعالیتهای شرکت :
۱ – قرارداد ارائه خدمات مورد نیاز کارفرما در شرکت فولاد مبارکه اصفهان .
۲ – قرارداد ارائه خدمات مورد نیاز کار فرما در خصوص تأمین نیروهای حفاظت فیزیکی و حراستی اداره مرکزی و ادارات تابعه آب و فاضلاب استان اصفهان .
۳- قرارداد ارائه خدمات مورد نیاز کارفرما در خصوص تأمین نیروی حفاظت فیزیکی ، خدماتی و اداری شرکت سازمان عمران زاینده رود
۴ – قرارداد خدمات مورد نیاز کار فرما (تأمین نیروی انسانی) در شرکت توکا ریل (کارخانه چرخ و محور)
۵ – قرارداد ارائه خدمات مورد نیاز کار فرما (تأمین نیروی انسانی) در شرکت سرمایه گذاری توکا فولاد (هلدینگ)
۶ – توافقنامه تأمین و در اختیار قراردادن خودروهای استیجاری مورد نیاز شرکت سرمایه گذاری توکا فولاد

SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES AND TYPES OF SERVICES BY TUKA NIROO SEPAHAN CO.
Tuka Niroo Sepahan Co. (PJS) was registered on 09-08-2009 with the Reg. No. 37658 in Isfahan Companies Registration General Office. Tuka Niroo Sepahan Co. is a subsidiary of Tuka Foulad Investment Co. (Holding), which is considered as a dependent company of Isfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co., is active as a powerful company in the field of recruiting the required workforce. This company is capable of utilizing physical protection and security forces and via Isfahan Province Police Headquarters (prevention police), and obtaining the work qualification and health and safety certificates for the contractors. According to a part of Section 2 of the articles of association, the aim of the establishment and the activities of the company are as follows:
- Recruiting temporary, specialized, technical, service providing, management, facilities, construction, and R&M workforce required for the companies, offices, factories, production workshops, industries and mines
- Investment in all the projects of tourism industry, such as residential centers, camping, and rest areas, operating and leading all the residential and tourism services, domestic and foreign commercial affairs in the fields of handicrafts and the equipment required for the tourism industry, national and international tourism services including holding of tours and ceremonies, using national and international facilities to expand the infrastructures of the tourism industry, concluding contracts in the fields company activities with domestic and foreign natural and legal entities
